It appears to me that with vMA 5.0 any unauthenticated user that can open a console in vCenter to the vMA can change the eth0 network parameters and timezone. To me this seems like a huge security issue. No unauthenticated users should be able to change anything inside a guest on a VM. Is there a way to lock down the console so that one must authenticate to change network/timzone parameters?
