Is it worth installing vMA 5 if I already use PowerCli to do a lot of my scripting?

I have been using PowerCLI for a while now and love it.  I have the vMA 5 installed in my home lab and I have used it a little.  The main reason I have used the vMA is to collect syslogs.  I can also run some of the perl scripts in the vMA as well.

Is there anything that I can't do with PowerCLI from an administrative perspective that I can do with the vMA 5?  Thanks for your feedback!
